Alfie Murphy is a talented purple belt and co-founder of 7 Jiu Jitsu, where he serves as the head instructor of both the kids and foundation programs. With around eight years of training under his belt, Alfie has made significant strides in the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His competitive resume is impressive, featuring numerous titles including ADCC champion, British champion, kids world champion, and kids European champion. Alfie has competed at professional, European, and British levels, showcasing his skill and dedication to the sport. Alongside his extensive competition experience, Alfie possesses a profound knowledge of the art and science of Jiu-Jitsu, which he passionately shares with his students, fostering their development and love for the sport.
